I enclose herein the
membership enrolment form for participate to the [Gold Fair Global
Traders Society Canada] Membership. I understand that the Membership
annual Fee is US$300- and I herein attach a bank check of US$300- pay
to [Gold Fair Global Traders Society]. I understand that after I paid
the full membership fee to the Society and become the Member, I can
entitle enjoying all privileges service offered from the Society. If I
desire to withdraw my membership from the Society, I will notify to
the Society 30 days before the membership expiration. If I desire to
withdraw the membership at any time, the MEMBERSHIP FEE IS
NON-REFUNDABLE. And I cannot enjoy all privileges services from the
Society after the withdrawal membership date.
