A) I hereby take
the liberty to apply GOLD FAIR Area Representative in the area
of I am now living in. I agree that this Agreement is valid
for a period TWO years upon being signed by both parties. Each
extension period is one year automatically. If any party wish
To withdraw from the Agreement, a 30 days advance notice must
be given to other party before the expiration date.
B) Appointed Area Representative will receive 10% sales
commission on total sales value (Government proceeding fees,
legal fees and/or public expenses excluded). The appointed
Area Representative is allowed to appoint their local
sub-representatives to promote business. The
sub-representatives’ personal information must send a copy
report to GOLD FAIR Traders Society Canada for file reference.
C) GOLD FAIR business target are business promotion and
services, organize types of tours, buy & sale agency,
advertising promotion services for the markets between China
and North American and Caribbean countries. I understand and
agree that my 10% sales commission on each sale will be paid
after the customers full paid the total sales amount into GOLD
FAIR Canada, account.
Important Note: All the GOLD FAIR appointed Area
Representatives and between their sub-representatives in
regarding the commission rate matters, they can negotiate
freely by themselves. If any customer’s disputes arise between
the Appointed Area Representative and or their local
sub-representatives, the Appointed Area Representatives will
be fully responsibility. GOLD FAIR will not be held
responsibility for any liability of these disputes. |
